Steve was great. I got my helix and upper lobe piercings done by him. Once it was my turn it was a breeze and I did not feel rushed. Everyone was super welcoming from the lady doing the check in process to the person assisting with the jewelry. Steve was very through explaining each step and although I have a fear of needles, his calm vibe made me feel relaxed. The place is clean and they sanitize everything they use.
